Saturday. I'm leading some friends on an easy 10 miler on Blackstrap Hill starting on hurricane road (as if there are any easy 10 milers on Blackstrap Hill). Those of you who know these trails might want to lead a run there too! Otherwise, try to get a decently long workout in, overdistance (90+ minutes) if you can.
Monday. I am likely to an OD roller ski or blackstrap hill run monday morning and would encourage intermediate to advanced runners/skiers to join me. Which I do will depend on condition of the roads, etc. Or if I hear there is some interest in running the blackstrap hill trails I'll do that (some MCN skiers did it this summer). E-mail me if you think you might want to do either (walker@maine.edu). Probably start at 9AM.
