Today, Thursday, We will do a 40 minute run then we'll do a wax clinic in the cafeteria. You dont need to bring anything, I'm just going to set up a wax table and remind you all how to glide and kick wax, and go over our teams wax selection.
Friday we'll do strength training in the small gym at 8:30am. It will be a double session that will go until 10am. We suggest that the faster skiers also get a run or a roller ski in on Friday as well and we might be available to help organize that so lets talk about convenient times.
