hi team. A few things to think about for the trip
1. BLISTERS. In the past I've brought a whole bunch of my own blister first aid but I'll have very little of that to hand out this year SO heres what you should bring
Band aids
Moleskin
Special blister band aids maybe
Alcohol prep pads or a small bottle of rubbing alcohol to clean the blister.
When you feel a blister coming on, try to treat it early with a bandaid or moleskin.
2. Pillow. It's always nice to sleep on your own pillow.
3. Skis, boots, poles. Nuff said.
4. Water bottle. Hydration is so important and even though it's cold out you'll still be sweating and need to hydrate.
It looks like we'll be skiing at Bretton Woods! It will most likely be in the fields only but that's better than nothing. Way better than running all day!
