Training today...

As mentioned in the previous post, Pineland is closed today.
If the road conditions improve and we can find some decent trails, we will try to get out for a ski today. It doesn't seem likely, however.
You should still be doing some kind of training.  If you have training videos like Insanity, P90X (choose a cardio workout), or even your mother's (maybe grandmother's)  old Jane Fonda Aerobics videos, that will work.
Do you have a pull-up bar?  Do some wide grip pull-ups every time you walk by it.
Push-ups don't require any equipment, same goes for sit-ups, crunches, other ab workouts.
If you have been coming to morning workouts, you probably know the "push-up camp" routine.  Do that, and follow it up with Ab-Ripper!
Remember: if you are not training, someone else is!
