Thanks to all of you for your hard work these first two weeks. Its been a great start to a promising season. Next week is the third week of our workout rotation, that means we will be pushing you much harder; sprints and race pace workouts. Be sure to get plenty of sleep and eat healthy foods.
Strength training is on for tomorrow morning. 7am sharp. An Insanity Plyo workout is on the agenda. Hope to see lots of you there.
Also, due to the weather, we must, once again, be flexible tomorrow. Please bring clothing for both inside and outside workouts. Please also bring your poles.
I was impressed with your participation over the weekend at the rollerski clinic, the Pineland hike and the ski sale. Nice work!!
