Hello everyone, here is the plan for this week...

Tues Dec 31st we are skiing at Pineland from 10am - Noon distance day, level 1, skate technique. We are meeting at 9:30 am at the school to car pool to Pineland so folks that are looking to car pool meet us there.

Weds Jan 1st we are doing a time trial, skate technique, behind the high school at 10am. Meet behind the school, ready to rock at 9:45am. Expect to be there until 11:00 ish.

Thurs Jan 2nd we are doing another level 1 distance day at Pineland, skate technique.  You will be again meeting at the school to car pool to Pineland at 9:30am. Expect to be at Pineland from 10am - Noon.

Fri Jan 3rd is an interval day (zone 3) behind the school, skate technique. Be at the school at 9 am and you will work out until l1 am.

Sat Jan 4th is a game day at Community Park, at 10am - Noon, classic technique. Get ready to get your Zombie on!
