Sorry guys. Tomorrows Insanity will
make up for todays lack of exercise add to the exercise you do. A suggestion is classic ski (race skis/rock skis/bc skis/parents recreational touring skis) on school trails, community park, riverside golf course, or local snomo trails. Do not ski where you shouldn't (e.g. Woodlands golf course). Prepare to suffer tomorrow.
Saturdays race is still on!!!
