Roller Ski Safety

Hi team. Welcome back to the blog, or if this is your first visit, then welcome!

If you are roller skiing you must follow these rules:

1. Always wear a helmet

2. Always roller ski in the direction of traffic. Not against traffic. 

3. Always wear bright clothing, like neon yellow or a reflective safety vest. 

4. Cars could injure or kill you. Its happened in Maine. Be safe and aware. NEVER WEAR HEADPHONES WHILE ROLLER SKIING. 
No goofing around on roller skis. It hurts when you fall.
