Level 1-2. This is easy skiing that can be maintained all day but it is not shuffling!
Level 3. "Tempo" pace. A pace that you could maintain for about 1 hour. We will do 30 minute level 3 sessions.
Level 4. Your 5K race pace. We will workout at this pace doing interval sessions
Level 5. Faster than your race pace. This will train your ability to maintain technique at high speed
All levels are important for training as they each target a different part of your neuro-musculo-skeletal physiology. Level 1-2 is not "junk kilometers"
