1. If you still have Kilister on your skis, clean it off. Tonight.
2. We will ski at Pineland Monday. Bring skate and classic skis. Please don’t leave the school without a carload (if you are able to bring others). We will leave from the school by 2:40 and meet at the outdoor center to wax skis.
3. Tuesday will be a short practice at the HS followed by waxing at the middle school.
4. Details for the race Wednesday will be forthcoming. We are scheduled for a classic race at Pineland. I am unsure how this will play out, maybe a change in venue, maybe a change in ski technique. It will likely be a last minute decision by the race hosts and the athletic directors. Update:iThe race will be classic at Oak Hill. The bus leaves the HS at 1:30.
5. Thursday we will ski at the HS (technique TBD) (could change depending on snowfall amount tonight) Update: Classic
6. Friday we will ski at Pineland (technique TBD)
7. Weekend -We will not be racing at Marranacook on Saturday for two reasons. a) There is an Eastern Cup race at Black Mountain on Saturday. Anyone who is interested in racing should go and must submit an entry by Wednesday.
and (b) we will be racing Monday (19th) at Starks Hill relays, 10:30am. bus leaves HS at 7:45.
