plans for the week

Tomorrow we will be having an early Classic practice at Pineland.  The plan is to leave Falmouth High school at 10:30, drive to Pineland, wax skis,  ski until about 1:00, and head home.  If you are driving and can take others, be at the HS at 10:30.

We know that there may be a few of you that will not be able to make it to this early practice (if you have exams).  The HS trails are groomed.  If you have exams and cannot practice in the morning, get out on the HS trails.

Monday: Classic practice at Pineland.  See above.

Tuesday:  NO SCHOOL !!!!!!  The  forecast was correct, the big storm is here.   NO School, there is NO obligated Practice. We highly suggest that you get outside and "Frolic in the snow". One suggestion is to go ski with a destination i.e. those of you living in close vicinity of one another ski to one another's house picking up other Nordies and have Hot Chocolate at someone's house; Go sledding; Shovel snow. Continuing to build your strength in the run-up to WMC's and States. Have FUN!

Get out and Play in the snow. CLASSIC...CLASSIC... CLASSIC... Coach.

Wednesday: Falmouth Schools are Closed Wednesday Stay tuned for RACE announcement.
Skate Race at Libby Hill.  Excused at 1:50?, bus leaves at 2:10 sharp.  Race starts at 3:30.

Thursday:  Classic practice at Pineland. 

• LEAVE School by 2:35pm. Kick Wax at Pineland. On Snow for 75-90 min.

Friday: Short classic practice at HS, followed by team waxing.

Saturday:  Sassi Classic at Black Mountain.  Bus leaves at 6:45.  Race at 11:00.
