Wednesday: Classic, specific strength/drills at Pineland. Who can drive? Send me an email, please.
Thursday: Skate (speed) at Pineland. We are trying to get a bus.
Friday: Classic at Pineland. Ski as many trails as we can. Again, trying to get a bus.
Saturday: Classic and Skate at Rangeley. Bus leaves the high school at 8am.
Sunday: On your own. UPDATE: Rest, or nice easy ski.
Monday: Skate at Pineland 12:00pm (noon)
Tuesday: Easy Classic at Pineland 10am. If we have good snow, we might ski at the school. Waxing in the early evening.
