Monday's Race at Stark's hill- Fryeburg

Hi Team. 
  Please be at the school by 7:30, tomorrow morning.  The bus leaves for Fryeburg at 7:45am .
Here are the entered relay teams. All others will be skiing in the individual race following the relays.  There will probably be some switching around based on injuries and illnesses, so be prepared to swtch teams or join a team.
Boys: 1) Gabe, Bryce M, Noah, Iain.   2)Devin, Adam, Ben, Colin
Girls: 1) Anna, London, Emily R, Gabby  2) Ava, Antoinette, Liza, Lucy

We need to take full advantage of the the chance to be on snow.
When we arrive in Fryeburg,  everyone needs to get out and ski the course as a warm-up.
After the race, get some water, maybe a little bite to eat and then everyone skis the course as a cool down. 

Looking ahead to next week, we will be having practice early due to your midterm schedule. Practice will start at 2:00.
On Tuesday, we will be classic skiing at the school from 2:00 until 3:30.


Its going to be cold and windy tomorrow.  Dress appropriately, bring extra gloves and a dry shirt for the bus ride home!
