Today: (Tuesday) Meet in the cafe as usual (2:45)
15 min warm up on trails behind school = Zone 2
Intervals on soccer field in Zone 3: (10:5:10:5:10:5) 10 min in zone 3 aand then 5 min in zone 1 and then back up to zone 3, do this three times....
Running with poles will commence and we will do bounds on the soccer field with poles, etc.
15 min cool down in zone 2
