We finally have some amazing snow and it is time to get out and enjoy it!
On this note we have a few things going on at BNS East this week that you may be

We have all clothing on sale for 30% off! This is a great chance to stock
up on your favorite Nordic gear. Also all of our Salomon boots are 30% off at

Wax clinic Thursday the 14th @ 5:30 PM, Free of charge.
This is a wax clinic that covers all the basics of glide and kick waxing.
RSVP’s are not necessary but are appreciated!
Skating intermediate/beginner clinic Riverside Golf Course Saturday the
16th @ 9 AM. Cost $30 per person, space will be limited. This clinic will take
you through the basics and beyond of skating. Body position, different
techniques, and drills you can do on your own to improve. Space will be limited
so please RSVP to roger@bouldernordic.com
Classic technique clinic, Riverside Golf Course Sunday the 17th @ 9 AM.
Cost $30 per person, space will be limited. This clinic will teach you
everything you need to know about classic technique. Included will be the basics
of classic, body positioning, proper technique, and drills to improve. Waxable
or no wax skis welcome. Please RSVP to roger@bouldernordic.com
In addition we are always available for private lessons for skate or
classic. We also work with small groups in a private lesson tailored to your
