Falmouth Nordic warms my heart. It was so great to see you all out there today! Was it a perfect day for all? Far from it. It was however, a good opportunity to learn, laugh (once the face unfroze) and take pride in your team.
Tomorrow we'll talk about what went right, what went wrong and how we're going to fix the wrong stuff. Remember- it was the first race of the season.
7AM strength training. We're going to do the Insanity abs workout. Short and, ahem, sweet.
Tomorrow afternoon- skate ski behind the school.
