Week one: Moderate - done!
Week two: Intense - done!
Week three: Distance - done!
Week four: Recovery
The theme for this week is Recovery. Your bodies need recovery from the 3 week build that we've had and to prepare for a hard week next week at Christmas camp. The forecast is making scheduling difficult though. Basically, I'd like to get in an L3 interval in early and a Time Trial on Friday. Be prepared to ski behind the school, especially Monday.
