This will be an intense week!
Mon - skate/run intervals 4 x 3 min
Tue - easy run/roll. Beginner roller ski. If you want to try roller skiing or re-connect with your inner-roller skier from last year, then bring your helmet and skate boots. We'll work on it then go for a run.
Wed - upper body intervals. For rollers its 5x1 min single stick + 5 x 1 min crunch-pole + 5 x 1 min DP.
Thur - easy run/roll.
Fri - Hill repeats. We could use parent drivers to help us transport skiers to our secret stash of hills. Leave school at 2:45 and return about 4:15-4:30.
Sat - something long.
