Excellent, excellent work at camp this past week. I hope EVERYONE had a rest day today. We have a skate race at Pineland on Wednesday against all WMC schools. Let's take advantage of a couple more days off from school and ski Pineland.
M - SKATE. Meet AT pineland at 9:30AM. E-mail teammates if you need a ride.
T - CLASSIC. Meet AT pineland at 10AM. E-mail teammates if you need a ride.
Both days are easy days. We will work on drills for about an hour each day, then you can ski as long as you want, or as long as your ride home chooses to ski. If you arrive late on Monday, head straight to the yurt and you'll see us doing drills in the field or doing some V1 work on the steep hill there. After that, we'll head to the button hook turn just behind the steep hill to work on step turns. Probably go to the exact spot on Tuesday to work on striding uphill.
