update

I apologize for the late update. I had a small window of time after practice for a little celebration of a personal goal and then had to zip off to a board meeting from which I've just returned.

1. Can a captain run strength in the morning? The focus should be on core - double pole crunches like we did tuesday, planks, etc with only a little bit of ez upper body. Nothing explosive and nothing that might cause a muscle strain!

2. We will try to ski at Pineland tomorrow. 1 hour max. Skate or classic. If you cannot make it to pineland substitute in a short level 1 run (30-40 minutes) with 10 minutes of steady level 1 ski-erg. The reason for the change is simple. Pineland has snow and it's hard to sit home and run when we can go there and ski! Because we do not have a bus and I don't want to overburden parent drivers I want to limit those driving with a parent to state team members but I'd love to see anyone who can drive themselves or find a ride.
