After Practice on Monday we're having a little party. If you need road tips (FERRULES) on your ski poles we'll have an assortment of them so Jeff and I are setting up a Coleman stove to install them for you. they cost $15 a pair. We'll also be heating up apple cider to enjoy while the work happens.
If you dont need road tips, stick around for the cider!! Its a chance to kick back and get to know some of our new skiers.
These ferrules (road tips) make roller skiing much easier. If you dont think you'll be doing a lot of roller skiing between now and when we start skiing on snow, then you probably dont need them. If you're an intermediate or advanced skier and roller skiing is important to you, you should definitely have them.
We should be done by 5pm, maybe sooner. No promises, but cookies might be involved...
