Rest is important

If you came to every, or almost every practice this week you should be feeling a little fatigue and soreness. We went at it pretty hard. Today is the day Jeff and I have scheduled as your rest day and we suggest you take advantage of it.
If you missed a day or two last week then feel free to go for a run, roller ski or play some Jai alai with a friend. Me? I'm takin the day off! Coach James
