amazing recipe! Get your spinach intake and enjoy it!!!!

In a blender put:


1 banana ( break it up)
As much baby spinach as you can fit in the blender
2 Tablespoons of flax seed oil (avilable in Hannafords natural foods cooler or at Wholefoods)
2 scoops of protein powder ( I use soy based but you can use whey or what have you)
1/3 blender full of chocolate milk or chocolate soy or choco-rice or choco-coconut milk

Blend it for a minute or 2 until well blended. It tastes so good and is really good for you. You wont believe how tasty it is!!
