Hi team! Coach Walker posted our training and racing schedule under the "training" tab. Check it.
We are going to focus our practices this year on ski specific training more than ever. That means more roller skiing than we've done in the past and also hill bounding, hill running and core strength training. Here's the stuff to remember:
1. Bring a helmet for roller skiing. No helmet=no roller skiing. And poles.
2. If you dont own roller skis but have roller blades, bring em. And your classic poles. You can still double pole.
3. Always bring sneakers, a water bottle, ski boots for roller skiing, poles and a helmet.
4. Wear comfortable workout clothes. Dress for being outside because we'll be outside a lot.
