Here's the training schedule for the rest of this week and the following week:
Tuesday Dec 1st: Intervals (on roller skis if you have them and feel comfortable using them)
Wednesday Dec 2nd: Rest (yoga, stretching, 1 on 1 meetings with coaches)
Thursday Dec 3rd: Long and steady (on roller skis if you have them and feel comfortable using them)
Friday Dec 4th: Fartlek (fun with speed) (on roller skis if you have them and feel comfortable using them)
Saturday Dec 5th: Long easy day (optional) on roller skis, running, or cardio activity of your choice
Sunday Dec 6th: Easy day (optional)
Monday Dec 7th: Rest day (yoga, stretching, 1 on 1 meetings with coaches)
Tuesday Dec 8th: Intervals
Wednesday Dec 9th: Race/test
Thursday Dec 10th: Long easy day
Friday Dec 11th: fartlek
Saturday Dec 12th: Long easy day
Sunday Dec 13th: Easy day
