Monday Practice Update

2.45 (sharp!) to 4.15

Bring running shoes, running clothes, and poles.

If you are injured and can rollerski, bring your roller skiing gear (including helmet)

If you are injured and can't rollerski, let one of us know and we will come up with an alternate plan for you.

Testing loop has been modified -- timed run out and back to 145 Field Rd from the back of the school, 5.02km according to my gps.
