Bethel Inn trip details

The bus will leave the MIDDLE SCHOOL (side parking lot) at 8am SHARP. If the doors close and you aren't on the bus then you're staying home.

I will be at the High school from 7:30am to 7:45am if you need to get stuff out of the school. If you get to the HS and need stuff past 7:45 you'll be out of luck.

Please be prompt.

We are sharing a bus with the middle schoolers. HS'ers should ride in the back. When we get to the Bethel Inn I'd like you guys to change on the bus. We'll let the middle school team go into the "lodge" first. Then we will put our stuff neatly in a corner. Remember, we are sharing this space with the MS'ers AND FULL PAYING CUSTOMERS.

We will eat our lunch after the MS'ers have eaten theirs.

We'll be skate skiing in the AM and classic skiing in the afternoon. I'll have the kick wax and corks. We will be skiing with very limited stops for both sessions. Be prepared with water and snacks.

The bus will leave the Bethel Inn at 3pm.
